Number of articles including the name ‘Lake George’ and the word ‘water’ but excluding the word ‘mining’ published in Australian newspapers between 1803 and 1954.
These calculations are based on the number of articles currently available through Trove. The totals were harvested using my TroveTools scraper and the lists of articles are generated using my unoffical Newspapers API.
