…very little contact with my father or his side of the family. John was actually John Rogan the third, and his grandparents came to Australia of very humble and hard convict origins. When I googled my small pieces of information this time, I found this photograph. It's wonderful now that as more and more people add their family history to genealogy sites and the internet, more and more information comes to light.
